As one of China’s most important inbound tourist destinations, foreign language signs can be seen everywhere in Xi’an, with multilingual tour guide services and international reception facilities in tourist attractions. Meanwhile, Xia’an is accelerating the layout of outbound tax refund service points. By early October, the number of outbound tax refund stores within the city has reached 164. On November 26th, Xi’an Downtown Duty Free Shop will also officially open for business, further enriching the shopping experience of international visitors.
